Discover the healing power of herbs and support your immune system naturally.

Are you tired of feeling under the weather every winter?

Are you ready to take control of your health this cold and flu season?

Join me for an interactive and informative workshop where we’ll explore how to support your body naturally using herbs and common plants you likely already have around you.

What You’ll Learn

In this workshop, we’ll dive deep into understanding how your body reacts to colds and the flu—and more importantly, why these reactions are actually helping you heal.

For example:

  • Fever: Did you know that a fever’s main job is to kill bacteria and stop viruses from replicating?
  • Mucus production: That extra congestion your body creates is designed to trap bacteria and viruses, helping your body expel them more effectively.
  • Coughing and sneezing: Both of these are ways your body tries to eject harmful invaders.
  • Fatigue: Feeling wiped out? That’s your body telling you it needs rest to heal.

By understanding these processes, you’ll also learn how to support them naturally using herbs that work in harmony with your body’s needs.

Herbs to Support the Healing Process

I’ll introduce you to herbs that help soothe your symptoms, boost your immune system, and speed up your recovery. But more than that, you’ll learn the art of herbal energetics—the concept of matching herbs to the unique needs of each person. This is key to choosing the right herbs, because not everyone responds the same way to every plant!

You’ll also get a list of common herbs and even “weeds” that are powerhouses for this time of year, along with recipes for teas, tinctures, and other remedies you can easily make at home.

Making Your Own Herbal Remedies

One of the most empowering parts of this workshop is learning how to create your own herbal remedies! I’ll guide you through easy-to-follow instructions on making:

  • Herbal teas: Learn how to steep the perfect blend for symptom relief and to support your body.
  • Tinctures: Discover how to extract and preserve the powerful properties of herbs in alcohol or glycerin.
  • Syrups: Master the art of crafting delicious herbal syrups that are both effective and kid-friendly.
  • Steams: For congestion and sinus relief, you’ll learn how to create herbal steams that open airways and reduce inflammation.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll not only have the knowledge but also the confidence to craft your own herbal remedies at home.

Why Attend?

  • Hands-on learning: This isn’t just a lecture. You’ll get practical tips and tricks for using herbs in your everyday life.
  • Tailored advice: Learn how to select the right herbs for your body and symptoms using energetics.
  • Accessible remedies: Discover herbs you can find in your own backyard or local store—no need for anything exotic!
  • Recipes & formulas: Walk away with tried-and-true recipes to keep yourself and your loved ones feeling strong this season.
  • Make your own remedies: Learn how to create teas, tinctures, steams, syrups, and more with step-by-step guidance. Saving you money in the long run.

If you want to be proactive and give your body the natural support it needs to stay healthy this winter, this workshop is for you!

Who am I?

Hi! My name’s Tracey. I’m an herbalist, homesteader, wife, mother, and grandmother. My journey with herbs began with a desire to use more natural products for myself and my family.

I’ve been studying herbs for more than a decade, and I know I’ll continue learning about them for the rest of my life. Herbalism fascinates me and constantly leaves me in awe.

Through this journey, I’ve learned how to be more independent and self-sufficient, without relying on over-the-counter drugs or other commercial products.
